Shipping Policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on orders over $70 within the contiguous United States.
Shipping Locations We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Stolen Packages Robinson Nutrition is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@robinsonnutrition.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
